INVESTIGATION

Allows Qinesis to obtain all necessary information of your company.
Analysis of this information will allow Qinesis to make an objective of your company, people, teams, markets & competitors
DIAGNOSIS

This step helps Qinesis to identify:
o opportuntities
o USPs
o competitive advantages
o risk factors
o issues
o limits that the company may have that hinders the growth process to increased profits.
STRATEGY

In phase 3, Qinesis work with your company to set targets & develop a strategy to implement & generate a high positive impact that will in turn produce results for the bottom line & brand recognition.
EXECUTION

In this phase your company has 3 options:
Qinesis can tactically execute the strategy developed in phase 3 & report to your management team
Leave the strategy with you to execute & Qinesis can visit you to support your growth
Alternatively, we can leave the strategy with you & let your internal team execute it
EVALUATION

The final phase of the methodology is the evaluation of the strategy.
Depending on the option you pick in phase 4 we will meet with you every month/quarter.
We will assess how the strategy is working & evaluate the results. Based on what our findings show we will adjust the strategy to erase weakness & focus on the positive to maximise growth.
