INVESTIGATION DIAGNOSIS STRATEGY EXECUTION EVALUATION

INVESTIGATION

Allows Qinesis to obtain all necessary information of your company.

Analysis of this information will allow Qinesis to make an objective of your company, people, teams, markets & competitors

DIAGNOSIS

This step helps Qinesis to identify:

o opportuntities
o USPs
competitive advantages
risk factors
issues
limits that the company may have that hinders the growth process to increased profits.

STRATEGY

In phase 3 Qinesis work with your company to set targets and develop a strategy to implement and generate a high positive impact that will in turn produce results for the bottom line & brand recognition.

EXECUTION

In this phase your company has 3 options.

Qinesis can tactically execute the strategy developed in phase 3 and report to your management team.

Leave the strategy with you to execute & Qinesis can visit you to support your growth.

Alternatively we can leave the strategy with you & let your internal team execute it.

EVALUATION

The final phase of the evaluation of the strategy.

Depending on the option you pick in phase 4 we will meet with you every month/quarter.

We will assess how the strategy is working & evaluate the results. Based on what our findings show we will adjust the strategy to erase weakness & focus on the positive to maximise growth.
