Methodology

We follow a five-phase pragmatic system. We use a combination of experience, strategic thinking, best practice modelling & creative problem-solving techniques, to help us identify where your business is at the moment & how we can help you to grow to your fullest potential.

Allows Qinesis to obtain all necessary information of your company. Analysis of this information will allow Qinesis to make an objective of your company, people, teams, markets & competitors

This step helps Qinesis to identify:

– opportunities
– USPs
– competitive advantages
– risk factors
– issues
– limits that the company may have that hinders the growth process to increased profits.

In phase 3, Qinesis work with your company to set targets & develop a strategy to implement & generate a high positive impact that will in turn produce results for the bottom line & brand recognition.

In this phase your company has 3 options:
Qinesis can tactically execute the strategy developed in phase 3 & report to your management team
Leave the strategy with you to execute & Qinesis can visit you to support your growth
Alternatively, we can leave the strategy with you & let your internal team execute it

The final phase of the methodology is the evaluation of the strategy.
Depending on the option you pick in phase 4 we will meet with you every month/quarter.
We will assess how the strategy is working & evaluate the results. Based on what our findings show we will adjust the strategy to erase weakness & focus on the positive to maximise growth.
