Coaching & Mentoring Director

Martin started his career as an electrical engineering apprentice with British Coal in 1981. Over 13 years Martin progressed from electrician, to supervisor & to engineer. In 1994 Martin joined the family business, Lindhurst Engineering, initially as Technical Director & then Managing Director form 1996.

Martin joined Qinesis in 2015 as Coaching & Mentoring Director with a vision to support businesses on their journey with the many paths that this may evolve for companies, business owners, leaders & entrepreneurs. Martin is passionate about STEM & family businesses & his expertise evolves around Executive Coaching, Innovation, Diversification, Entrepreneurship, Board Development, Operations, Capacity, Company Culture, Engagement, Intrapreneurship, Circular Economy Business & Low Carbon.

BSc (Hons) Electrical & Electronic Engineering – Chartered Engineer – European Engineer Eur.Ing. Registered – PG Diploma in Executive Coaching & Mentoring
