MGary began his career as a mechanical engineering apprentice with British Coal in 1976 progressing from mechanic through supervisor to colliery engineer & finally to Area Engineer. In 2004, Gary joined ECS Engineering Services Limited as a Project Manager, rising through Operations manager to Operations director & finally
MD/Owner in 2008.
Gary set up GMJ Business & Engineering Services in 2015 in order to work with SME’s needing the experience of larger organisations operational traits & know how. Gary’s expertise evolves around Executive Coaching, Leadership, Business Growth, Process & Systems, Organisational Behaviours, Continuous Improvement, Process, Productivity, Operations, Capacity & Change Management.
