Innovation seems like such a foreign word to many SMEs. Many SME leaders believe innovation is just for big companies. That they lack the resources & know-how to be innovative or are afraid of change.
Well, we are here to tell you, that couldn’t be further from the truth.
Innovation is vital for SMEs to grow to their fullest potential & SMEs are uniquely positioned to be innovative. They already have entrepreneurialism, creativity, passion & dedicated staff, all that is needed is to develop an innovators mindset.
The Qinesis team has the experience & expertise to help any SME develop that innovators mindset.
In September, our coaches will be delivering a free programme of workshops from the University of Nottingham, for SMEs based in Derbyshire & Nottinghamshire to learn how to develop an innovative mindset.
The workshops are designed around SMEs challenging schedules so are broken into manageable sessions. Four 3-hour online workshops will take place every two weeks. Prior to the workshops, each business will have 1-hour virtual onboarding sessions with one of the coaches.
During these workshops you will learn amongst other things:
- What innovation actually is & how the classical theory of innovation stacks up against what happens in reality at an SME
- Where good ideas come from & how you can create a culture of innovation within your business
- The blockers to innovation
- What innovation cycles over the last 300 years mean for business in the next 25 years.
The support of an innovation expert will help you develop your very own company innovation plan irrespective of how accustomed to innovation you currently are.
