Debbie has spent 20 years in the training & assessment industry, leading SFA audits, Ofsted inspections & auditing regulatory compliance across a variety of industry specific areas such as food safety, engineering, manufacturing, providers of training, etc, in line with the requirements of BS EN ISO & AS Standards, before focusing on her own consultancy business in 2017. Debbie now runs a team of national consultants supporting businesses create & implement structured, effective, quality management systems bespoke to the individual organisation’s strategic direction, providing clarity & structure to their internal processes & procedures throughout.
Debbie joined Qinesis in 2020 as a Quality Consultant. With over 20 years’ experience of working with businesses of all sizes. Debbie’s passion for quality is firmly founded upon her values & ethics: honesty, respect, fairness, confidentiality compassion & integrity.
Qualifications:
IRCA / BSI Lead Auditor for BS EN 9100 & ISO 9001, D32 & D34 Assessor / Internal Verifier, Level 4 Management, ICS management of change & quality improvement. Professional trainer CIEH.
