Business & Leadership Consultant 

Chris is a Chartered Engineer with 30 years of manufacturing, technical, commercial & leadership experience in precision engineering companies, initially with international PLCs & more recently, in Private Equity (PE) backed businesses both in the UK & abroad & family run SMEs.

Since 2006 Chris has focused on consulting, interim & acquisition work & pursued his passion for transformational change of businesses introducing lean techniques, financial & shareholding restructuring, strategic planning for growth, product development & business systems.

Recently Chris has worked in the turnaround & restructuring of diverse businesses including a family-owned engineering business & a professional Rugby Union region in Wales. He headed up a PE backed BIMBO (Buy In Management Buyout) in the Rail Industry, exiting in 2021 after 7 years in the role.

Chris is a Business & Leadership Consultant at Qinesis delivering transformational change across diverse business sectors.

PhD Total Technology UMIST – Manufacturing Systems

Pro Bono:
Chris is involved with local Community Care as a volunteer driver & in 2021 cycled from Land’s End to John O’Groats raising money for Treetops Hospice in Derby.
